先后主持国家自然科学基金、教育部跨世纪优秀人才培养计划基金、陕西省自然科学基金等省部级以上科研课题10余项,参加完成国家创新研究群体科学基金项目、国家自然科学基金重大项目、“921工程”项目、“863计划”高技术项目等省部级以上科研课题10余项。

      已与美国Rice University、Oak Ridge National Laboratory、德国德累斯顿固体与材料研究所(IFW Dresden)等国际著名研究机构建立正式长期合作关系。
