研究方向:

(1)肌骨系统生物力学

从分子、细胞、整体动物以及人体组织层次上,研究不同力学条件对承重骨骨形成以及骨骼系统相关疾病的影响及机制。包括以力学敏感基因(MACF1)及非编码RNA(microRNA,LncRNA)为切入点,研究力学负荷改变对骨形成影响的分子机制。研究团队建立了前成骨细胞和间充质干细胞MACF1条件性敲除小鼠模型(fl/fl, Prrx1/+;fl/fl, sp7/+ )、ROSA26定点MACF1敲入小鼠以及mir-138转基因小鼠模型。

(2)骨代谢疾病表观遗传学及核酸药物

围绕骨质疏松、骨肿瘤、骨关节炎等疾病,研究表观遗传学变化;针对骨代谢疾病,筛选核酸类或小分子药物。包括,以MACF1为核心,筛选MACF1天然反义RNA(MACF1AS);或筛选与骨代谢疾病发生发展相关microRNA、lncRNA,并开展非编码RNA参与骨代谢疾病发生发展机制研究;进一步开展核酸药物或小分子药物对骨代谢疾病的防治作用。

(3)特种环境人机功效学与健康工程

围绕“特种环境作业人员健康问题”,运用人体测量学、生理学、心理学、脑科学和生物力学等研究手段和方法,综合研究特种环境下人体结构、功能和生物力学等问题,提升作业效能。开展研究包括:特殊环境分子医学基础;特殊物理环境医学效应评价及防护策略;太赫兹生物检测及治疗。
