科学研究 Scientific Research

主要从事代谢酶及生物小分子荧光探针的开发,并将其应用于复杂生物体系中酶活性原位检测、相关疾病预诊、代谢酶抑制剂和高表达菌群的高通量筛选等诸多实用领域。同时致力于开发具备优良光动力/光热效率的新型小分子光敏剂/光热转换剂,并结合肿瘤内高表达酶或生物小分子的反应特性,实现肿瘤部位可激活响应,建立肿瘤诊疗一体化系统。
