科学研究 Scientific Research

研究方向为自旋电子学,主要包括:

1. 自旋电子学应用的新材料研究;

2. 基于半金属材料的磁隧道结;

3. 半导体自旋电子器件;

4. 石墨烯自旋电子器件.
