1. 每年计划招收博士研究生 2 名,硕士研究生 3 名;

2. 另外,长期招收博士后,待遇除学校规定外,课题组额外给予固定配套,具体可面谈。招聘要求:

    a、国内知名高校博士毕业,毕业时间不超过5年,年龄35周岁以下; 

    b、研究背景为固体力学、计算力学、分子动力学、飞行器设计、金属材料加工等相关方向; 

    c、拥有基本的独立科研能力,具备团队合作精神和沟通交往能力; 

    d、有从事科研工作的强烈意愿且责任感强。
