  • 1. 传感与智能芯片设计,包括:智能传感SoC 芯片、CMOS图像传感器、 辐射探测器前端读出ASIC、 MEMS传感器模拟前端ASIC、ADC/DAC芯片、锁相环和与TDC芯片等;

  • 2. 辐射效应与抗辐射加固设计,包括: 集成电路器件和系统的辐射效应、混合信号集成电路抗辐射加固设计理论与方法、辐射加固保障测试与性能评估、180nm~28nm 抗辐射电路单元库设计与开发、空间嵌入式综合电子系统设计、辐射诱发电子学噪声模型等; 

  • 3. 集成电路硬件安全,包括:集成电路可靠性、加密算法硬件实现、集成电路安全漏洞检测等;

高武,男,1982年生,湖北麻城人,博士,教授、博士生导师。现任西北工业大学计算机学院副书记、智能感知与计算工信部重点实验室副主任、中国电子学会/中国核学会核电子与探测技术微电子专委会委员、IEEE会员、中国空间科学协会会员、中国核学会辐射物理分会会员;  2004年获得西北工业大学信息对抗技术专业学士学位,2007年获得西北工业大学计算机科学与技术专业硕士学位,2007年10月赴法国公派留学,2011年1月获得法国斯特拉斯堡大学微电子专业博士学位。2011 年8月参加工作,任西北工业大学计算机学院教师。2012 年10 月特评副教授(引进国外人才破格), 2016年5月破格晋升教授。主要研究方向为集成电路设计、辐射效应与抗辐射加固设计、集成电路安全等。主讲本科生《模拟集成电路设计概论》和研究生《高级模拟集成电路设计》及《抗辐射集成电路设计》等课程。2011 年以来,主持国家973计划项目子专题、国家自然科学基金青年科学基金和面上项目、国家863计划项目、陕西省自然科学基金面上项目、陕西省留学人员科技活动项目择优资助项目及横向合作课题等10余项,参与国家重大科学设备仪器专项、国家863计划重点项目和国家自然科学基金项目等5项。在辐射探测器前端读出集成电路、抗辐射集成电路设计和空间嵌入式系统设计等领域共发表文章50 余篇,其中,发表在IEEE TIM上的文章获得2013 IEEE仪器和测量协会Andy Chi最佳论文奖。第一作者出版专著2本。获授权发明专利7。曾获陕西省科学技术奖一等奖1项(排名第4,2008)、陕西省科学技术二等奖1项(排名第5,2012)西工大优秀青年教师奖教金一等奖(2012),西北工业大学先进工作者(2013)、IEEE 仪器和测量协会Andy Chi 最佳论文奖(排名第一,2013)、陕西省优秀博士论文奖(2013)、第十二届陕西省自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖(排名第1,2013)。2012年入选西工大“翱翔之星”人才培养计划, 2016年6月入选陕西省创新人才推进计划青年科技新星 。2017年入选西工大“翱翔新星”人才培养计划。
