工作经历 Work Experience

杨坤德,男,汉族,博士学位。1974年出生,西北工业大学教授、博士生导师。1996年作为优秀本科毕业生留校,分别于1996年和1999年保送攻读硕士与博士,2003年获得博士学位。2005年破格晋升为副教授,20062月至20072月,受国家留学基金资助,在加拿大维多利亚大学做访问学者,2009年破格晋升为教授,2011年聘为水声工博士生导师。担任国家重大专项航次技术首席7次。兼任国家某重大型号和重大专项专家组成员、某973项目总体专家组成员、某国防科技重点实验室客座教授、中国声学学会教育分会副主任、中国造船工程学会青年工作委员会副主任、《中国海洋平台》与《船舶工程》杂志编委副主任、PRUAC2009国际水声会议组委委员、SW2009 / PRUAC2013 / OCEANS2014等国际会议专题主席、JASA / JSV / Applied Acoustics / IEEE汇刊 等国际期刊特约审稿人。

现任“海洋声学信息感知”工信部重点实验室主任、航海学院科研副院长。

科学研究 Scientific Research

先后主持国家自然基金3项、总装探索一代重大创新1项、国家重大专项课题8项、国防预研重大项目和重点项目各1项、国防973子专题1项等项目30余项。参加海上实验10余次,担任国家重大专项海洋声学调查航次技术首席6次。作为第2负责人承担国家重大创新项目及其成果转化应用重大项目各1项。主要包括:

1、国家自然科学基金

1)作为项目负责人,承担国家自然科学基金1 项,基于小尺度拖线阵的高速运动声源稳健定位方法,批准号11174235,研究期限2012 1 月-2015 12 月。

2)作为项目负责人,完成国家自然科学基金面上项目1 项,基于拖曳线列阵的海底参数高分辨反演方法,批准号10774119,研究期限2008 1 月-201012 月。

3)作为项目负责人,完成国家自然科学基金青年基金1 项,复杂条件下的匹配场处理新技术,批准号10304015,研究期限2004 1 月-2006 12 月。
