科学研究 Scientific Research

     张瑞雪副教授长期致力于研究基于纳米技术药物递送的精准治疗。通过设计与构建安全、高效稳定递药系统,克服生物屏障,从而解决临床治疗中面临的药物生物率较低、患者依从性较差等问题。目前,课题组专注于口服和眼部两类给药途径,针对胃肠道与眼的独特生理构造与功能,通过工艺化制备可靶向性、控释性的微纳米尺寸递药系统,在细胞、离体、原位及活体生物模型上评估其药物递送效率,以达到高效低毒的治疗目的。研究内容主要包括:1) 探究用于载药系统的脂质、高聚物在代谢动力、细胞和分子水平的作用机制(左图);2) 开发具有协同效应联合纳米药物 (右图);3) 提高小分子药物的溶解度与渗透能力。

      张瑞雪副教授持续在医药学门类期刊发表科研论文 国家留学基金委颁发的全球500名国家优秀留学生奖、药剂学国际权威药物递送奖-CSPS Gattefossé Canada Lipid-based Drug Delivery Award 。目前主持国家自然科学基金1项、合作主持陕西省重点研发项目1项。已结题西北工业大学科研部中央高校基础科研基金2项,参与加拿大国立卫生研究院(CIHR)与加拿大乳腺癌基金会CBCF研发计划课题2项。
